Yes! We know that dogs come in all shapes and sizes which is why we offer exchanges or store credit for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are only issued in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

How long does shipping take?
We ship from the Gold Coast within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
– AUS metro: 2–5 business days
– AUS rural: 4–8 business days
– International: 7–14 business days

Flat rate shipping is $8 Australia-wide. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

You'll need your dog’s chest, neck, and back length. Use a soft measuring tape and follow the instructions in our size guide to find the best fit.
What if I ordered the wrong size or it doesn't fit?
No problem – if the item is in original condition with tags attached, we’re happy to offer a size exchange. Just email us at hello@furrealstudios.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help you swap it for the right fit.
